Staff Training Session

Last night we held a training session for all our servers to make sure they are at the top of their game for the upcoming events. May is a pretty busy month, and we're going to make it a great one!
Melissa explains proper serving procedures at our beautifully set table, which was unfortunately in a bright sunbeam. The weather was much better than expected.
A helpful tip for bussing.
Gillian, Zoila, and Michelle, three of our most dedicated staff: they've been with us a combined 30 years!

Congratulations, Heather!

We would like to congratulate our coordinator Heather McMichen on passing the Court of Master Sommelier's Level 1 exam this week! She will be taking Level 2 to become a certified sommelier in Raleigh this summer. We are so proud of her!

Prepping for Passover

The Added Touch kitchen is buzzing with activity as we are getting ready for Passover this weekend! The Passover menu has all the standards - brisket, matzo balls, gefilte fish - as well as innovative dishes such as roasted Cornish hens and a beautiful grilled vegetable platter.

Karina prepares the AMAZING meringue roulades.
So many salmon fillets!
Fluffy matzo balls are ready to go.
Cornish hens looking lovely.

We wish a happy Passover to all of our clients!
