Meet Connor! Catering Sales Coordinator

She brings with her over 10 years experience in the event industry.  Connor’s passion for hospitality and event planning sparked at a young age but while in college she made the choice to turn her passion into a career.  


While working at The Athens Country Club, She was trained to execute the highest service standards, always exceed expectations and love what you do.  She has been building on those concepts ever since. 

Before joining Added Touch, she was the Atlanta Event Coordinator for Epting Events who is recognized for their stunning use of tents, lighting and décor to create amazing weddings on and off location.  She has orchestrated 100’s of extraordinary events – Ranging form breathtaking weddings, galas, mitzvahs and festivals like the Atlanta Film Festival.  

Her warm personality, creativity, willingness to tackle any challenge and her extensive training make her an amazing asset to any event.

Meet Lauren! Our New Catering Sales Coordinator

Lauren’s love for design and all things events has helped her build a knowledgeable and successful career in the industry. 

Before joining Added Touch, she was a part of the design team at Bold American Events where she served as an Event Coordinator and Design Assistant managing everything from onsite event logistics to custom event design and production. 

Lauren has built professional relationships with exclusive vendors and venues all across Atlanta. While attending school at New York University and not only traveling but living abroad, Lauren’s exposure to food and international cuisine gives her the edge to master the art of customizing every aspect of your event from top to bottom!

Welcome New Staff!

We would like to welcome two new staff members this week. Stacy, our intern, will be helping out both in the kitchen and the office, and Melissa will be joining Heather and Kate as a catering coordinator. Melissa has worked in the industry for many years and Stacy loves to cook. We will enjoy having them around!

Added Touch Catering Instates Sarah McDaniel as Executive Chef

Atlanta, August 04, 2010 – Award winning Added Touch Catering has promoted Chef Sarah McDaniel to the position of Executive Chef. As one of Atlanta’s premier high-end caterers, having won both an Allie Award (Atlanta Event Planning Award) and a CATIE (International Catering Award), Added Touch needed to find an executive chef with the creative vision of a five-star restaurateur and the know-how to create restaurants in unconventional venues.

Sarah McDaniel is an experienced culinarian. Though she’s only 25 years old, she has over eight years of professional experience. She got her start working for various high-end bistros and corporate events in Tampa, Florida. After taking on Florida, Sarah moved to Georgia where she studied at the International Culinary Art Institute of Atlanta. From there, she studied in Engelburg, Switzerland where she specialized in German and Italian Cuisines. She began working for Added Touch Catering in August of 2008, through hard work and dedicated service she rose to the position of Executive Chef.

“I’m so proud to work for a company that embraces my creativity and unique expertise. This has been an opportunity to bring my culinary skills to a new level.” McDaniel says, “The saying you learn something new everyday, is well practiced at Added Touch Catering; by creating new menus daily, for both social and corporate events, I have really broadened my palate and learned to work in an unconventional, very high end environment.”

Sandra Bank got her cooking start at a very young age. A Native of South Africa she found her culinary gift by cooking for her parent’s dinner parties. She worked for catering companies and restaurants for many years before she decided to “break-out” and start her own catering empire. She is known throughout the Atlanta area for her innovative style and food stuffs. Sandra has a serious commitment to excellence and a true love for the culinary arts.
