Fish Tasting at the Added Touch

We pride ourselves on our fresh seasonal fare, so are chefs and sales team make every effort to keep up with the latest in seasonal availability. Today, we had a presentation and tasting from one of our fish purveyors In land: Sea Food. This informative session, gave us an understanding of what is available at every price point, and excellent options for every occasion.






Richard, our sales rep, explained where each selection comes from, their different flavors and textures, and when to recommend items.





We previewed the fishes raw and cooked to view how they change in color, texture, and size.



We gathered plenty of information to bring back with us.

A Delicious Tasting!

We had a beautiful tasting this morning for a Bat- Mitzvah. They loved our Chef Andrew's Steak Kabobs and my tomato and Corn Souffle.
