Biltmore Wedding

These past few months have been so exciting as we have welcomed many new clients and reunited with some familiar faces all the while producing some spectacular events! Recently, we were thrilled to be a part of a gorgeous collaboration with one of Atlanta's premiere Event Planners and Designers Jade Lee of Jade Lee Events. This traditional yet romantic wedding at the Biltmore Ballrooms was nothing short of opulence and sophistication. Each and every detail starting with the custom monogrammed napkins to the grand floral design and exceptional menu selection resulted in a night no one will ever forget. 




The menu starting with Spicy Seared Ahi Tuna, Pulled Achiote Chicken in a Mini Crunchy Taco, Baked Vegetarian Spring Rolls just to name a few, each featured with its own customized label, gave guests a sneak peak of our attention to detail and quality. As the curtains to the Georgian Ballroom opened, there wasn't a part of the room that didn't sparkle or catch someone's eye.


 Each table was fully pre-set awaiting our much anticipated Perfect "Pear" Salad. 


Guests were then ushered to a live action carving station of Marinated Prime Rib, with Grainy and Honey Mustard, Horseradish Sauce, Caramelized Onions, Petite Rolls and Curly Fries galore!

As the music played and the guests enjoyed their meals, there was of course more magic happening behind the scenes. Our very own Sandra Bank was creating a dessert reveal like no other. This all-white dessert display was everything you could have wanted. Does it get any better!?




...Of course! As guests danced the night away our staff graciously passed fresh, cold washcloths and mini bottles of water onto the dance floor-- who doesn't love a good cool down when you're trying to get down!? Then, as the night came to a close, mini shots of ice cold chocolate soy milk with mini donuts were offered to guests for the ultimate late-night snack. 




At a Kosher Touch, we live for nights like this that come off without a hitch and showcase everyone's professional genius. Many thanks to our efficient staff and amazing coordinators!

As many of you surely noticed during your regular shopping trips to the grocery, food prices have slowly been climbing.  In the interest of us giving you the most delicious food at the most cost-effective price, Added Touch Catering has decided to implement a new ordering policy for 2013 Holiday pick up orders. Unfortunately, customer requests or variations from our standard Holiday menus are no longer possible. In the past, we have tried to accommodate everybody’s unique needs, we have found that the inefficiency in this process, during this very busy time of year is proving to be a great challenge for our chefs. So rather than passing that cost along to you, our valued clients, we have decided to follow our recipes exactly and concentrate on making our food delicious & tasty.  Thank you in advance for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating a beautiful Fathers Day with you and your families.

Holiday Nostalgia

It's almost February, but we are still having flashbacks from a fantastic holiday season. Here are highlights from some 2011 Christmas and Holiday events. Think of it as inspiration for next year!



This tent held one of our bars, coffee and hot chocolate station, and an amazing 18foot dessert station!

Signature smoked salmon and avocado terrine, served with lavash and crackers. This item is a very popular appetizer in any season.



We never forget about our kids during the Holiday season. Here are some images of an elaborate kid's holiday buffet, serving among other things, healthy treats like salad dippers and fresh fruit.

We served a festive S'mores Station, where in guests could roast their very own s'mores, under close Added Touch supervision of course.

CONGRATULATIONS ON WINNING AN INTERNATIONAL CATERING AWARD!

We have just won an International CATIE Award for Best Buffet for our “VIP Winter Wonderland of Desserts!” (As seen on WeTv.com) This is an amazing achievement and we are so proud to be a part of this competition. We faced competitors from all over the world, from the U.S. to Vancouver to South Africa.



The winners were just announced at The CATIE-Spotlight Awards at the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas during Catersource, March 8, 2010 Congrats to all of the winners and nominees!!

Ring in the New Year in Silver and Gold

Celebrating the New Year in style! This silver and gold celebration was superb. We used silver and gold linens, balloons, and even food stuffs. HAPPY 2010!
