Late Afternoon Wedding held at Lake Spivey
Bacon definitely isn't just for breakfast anymore with these amazing hors d'oeuvres. The couples love of bacon lead us to create a one of a kind Bacon Bar featuring: Bacon Brittle with Cashews, Bacon Wrapped Figs, Thick Cut Maple Bacon, Mini BLT's with sun-dried tomatoes.
The wedding reception was held under a spacious tent featuring gorgeous crystal chandeliers. The family style table featured gorgeous flower arrangements in various hues of white.
As the day progressed and darkness descended, candles provided a gentle glow for guests to dine.
The wedding was held at sunset by side of Spivey Lake.
The first course featured: Watermelon and Cucumber Gazpacho, Heirloom Burrata Salad and Refreshing Basil Sorbet.
The main course was a Fresh Grilled Halibut served over Truffled Potato Dauphinoise with Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas with Red Pepper Strips, drizzled with a White Truffle Oil Vinaigrette
