| These re-mixed tequila shots sported a sweet note instead of the more common salty undertones. Cinnamon and sugar on the rim with a slice of orange made this a sweet concoction. |

| Awesome Ahi Tuna Ceviche featuring Sushi Grade Tuna – sliced super thin and mixed with a citrus sauce, shallots, vinegar and spices, then served on a crisp wonton chip. |
