For this couple’s anniversary party we needed to serve something with a bit of sex appeal. It’s well known that mussels are an aphrodisiac, but what better way to emphasize that then having a muscle man serving them! We had a roaming “Mussel” Man stand in the center of a round table and roll around the room, serving the guests.

We served Massaman curry chicken stew with rustic root vegetables, potatoes, fresh auo & cashews, in mini togo containers so guests could pick-up
